I am residing outside the country, have a house in DHA which was previously rented and the tenants have vacated it. It needs renovation. Could any one tell me the approximate charges for 1) Paint and 2)marble flooring 3) wood flooring? Is there a relaible company/group/person who could inspect the house, make an approximate list of things to be done and do renovation with reasonable charges. Thanks
