what are the rates of plot in E 11.
what are the good societies there and rates of them ..????
what are the rates/merla of bahria safari valey pindi 7 merla in abu bakar block .???
and what is the rate of bahria phase 7 nera to GT road /merla
last question is
that what is the future of DHAI pase 2 extention certifaicate file which is i heard in the range of 12-15 lak/1 kanal

E-11 minimum rate 7 lekh marla;Almost all societies in E-11 are giving possession, Multi and Police Foundation are have good reputation. Safari Valley minimum rate 120000 marla for 5 marla and 110000 for 8 marla including development charges and town planning.Abu Bakar Block is best block in Safari Valley Price for 7 marla plot is 8.50 to 11 lekh.
DHA-II Ext Certificate future is good but u have to wait for minimum 5 years these blocks are approx 10 KM from Islamabad Highway minimum 10 lekh development charges will also to be paid by the file holder in installments.For N Block rate is 12.50 lekh and T block 1075000.

1 Kannal e/11 ranges 1 crore 20 lack to 2 crore rupees.
E11/3 multi,services and fedration societies are good.

these plots are located when we enter from Gt road to bahria enterance in pahse 7..here great confusion ,,different people are giving different rates
