I thought there were only 5 marla and 8 marla commercial plots in Sector-C? Whete is this 1 Kanal plaza exactly located?

Khan sahib not many people know but BT cut more strips of commercail plots of 6 marlas even behind the back of mian 5 marla plots. This plaza is located on the B side of the comm and is dircetly in fron of plots numbered 129 onwards. The person who is maing this has bought several 6 marla plots roughly equaling to 1 kanal directly from BT and is constructing on them with one single building.

Thank you for the update. Pl can you tell us about the status of Tulip Block Specially for the Plots Starting from 473 to 483 which are near to Golf Course. Further if those are ready for construction. What is the status of Golf Course?
