Dear CMY,
Is the cost of the land is already paid to DHA by a file holder. I mean if we buy a file we will only pay the development charges to DHA. after getting a plot in ballot.

THANKS FOR THE REVISE MAP OF RING ROAD.I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THIS AS PHASE 7 Z BLOCK IS MISSING THERE.WHAT HAPPENS TO THOSE LIKE ME WHO BOUGHT THE EXPENSIVE PLOTS IN Z BLOCK BETWEEN Z85 TO Z 95.WHAT HAPPENS IF DHA DECIDES TO RELOCATE THESE PLOTS.HOW CAN WE COMPENSATED AS THE PRICE OF SOME PLOTS IN Z BLOCK IS IN 30's WHERE AS I BOUGHT THE GOOD PLOT ON MAIN BOULEVARD FACING GOLF COURSE IN 60 LAC TWO YEAR AGO.PLEASE GUIDE. Dear friends sorry for late answer I was not in office for past few days.
Where ever a word file is used in DHA Lahore property market it means no development charges are paid yet. Land cost is current cost of file. A buyer pays land cost and is still responsible to pay development charges. On other hand where ever we say plot in DHA Lahore it will be all due clear plot meaning its land cost and development charges are all paid or will be paid by seller before a transfer. A plot or file must have all "CURRENTLY Due "dues before a transfer in DHA. All fines etc must be paid by seller before a transfer can be processed by DHA Lahore.
Khalid sahib I have done some research and found out most plots in DHA 7 Y and Z blocks will stay in same location nad will still have same numbers. Only plots near Hudaira Drain and Dera Chal village will be moved but will stay close to Y and Z block. These two blocks maps will be revised soon. 85% plots in Y Z will have same numbers and location. So there is need to worry. Worst plots in Y and Z if relocated will see a better location and will get better price.
