I know the survey have started for the new Ring Rood Route. How long do you think it will take for DHA/LDA/Nespak to release NEW LRR Map?

Amjad bhai I think it will take about 3 to 4 months before new map could be released. Planing have been done. Govt is now looking to start purchasing land along Berki road. DHA have already agreed to given land under DHA 7 and DHA 9-10. This part will be a reality with maximum 2 years. |

Please let us know the Lahore's New Ring Road positive and negative effects on DHA-7. Which block will have more negative effect and which block will have more positive effect interm of value.

Riz bhai currently Z and Y block are considered the worst DHA 7 blocks but I THINK Q Y and Z blocks will benefit most due to NEW very easy approach to ring road interchanges. They sure will see most gain from their current level. Some plots in DHA 7 Z blocks are sold at 26 lacs but soon these plots will be selling over 30 lacs after ring road map is out and after Z Y block revised maps are out.
