Dear Mr. Qureshi,
Sorry for delayed response to your comment as I was busy with the project. The project is right now in the soft launch phase and its official website is under construction. Since a lot of eloboration is required on this page to market our project, we specifically are targeting the clients, who are interested in such kind of investment. Once, the website is ready in a day or two, we will be marketing daily on this forum, specially for the overseas Pakistanis and will appreciate healthy comments on our project. Please post the chart regarding payment in insallment plan and total cost of shop and offic + post full address and contact number.
I may visit your office from 11 to 13 june.(Some of my friends from Islamabad /Rawal pindi assign me to visit the project so we can decide collectively for booking.

Dear Mr. A.M. Butt/Mr.Tariq Ch.,
Thanks for yours interest in our project. Replying to your queries, pointwise:
a) Payment Terms:
- Booking 25%, Remaining payment in 5 equal quarterly installments of 15%. Total payment in 15 Months.
b) Pricing:
- Office price on 1st Floor: Rs. 10.50 Lacs (Area 245 Sq.ft); Rs. 16 Lacs (Area 370 Sq. ft.)
- Office price on 2nd Floor: Rs. 9.50 Lacs (Area 245 Sq.ft); Rs. 14.50 Lacs (Area 370 Sq. ft.)
-Shops in basement= Rs. 17 Lacs each (Area 220 Sq. ft.each)
-Shops on Ground Floor= Rs. 20 Lacs each (Area 220 Sq. ft. each)
c)Booking:
- We are booking the project through our appointed real estate companies based in Islamabad and Lahore. In Islamabad, we are represented by 1) Islamabad Estate, G-15, Cell # , 2) Shakrial & Co., G-15, Cell # , 3) Pak Gulf Marketing, I-8, Cell # and 4) Usman Associates, G-11, Cell # . Our representative in Lahore is Mr. Sheikh Mahmood Ahmad. You can reach him on 0300/.
You are most welcome to visit our project located on plot # 23, Main Markaz, G-15, Islamabad. The formal launching of the project is on 12th June. Today, the contract for civil works has been awarded to the contractor and work on the project, Inshallah, will start from the very next day.
d) Website:
- The website is under construction, It will properly be uploaded on , evenning. Once, it is ready, I will post the address on this forum.
It will be highly appreciated, if you can email your email address to me, so I can send you the e-brochure of the project.

I personaly know Mr Omer,he is very honest,presently finance sectary fedration society E/11,very hard working man,the g/15 plot is in his own name and have enough founds to construct this project,i strongly recmended to invest in this project with out any hasitation.
