The association of DHA estate agents has moved the petition. The petitioners submitted that the Cantonment Board, the concerned town municipal administration and the DHA were separately charging fees for transferring the ownership of property. The petitioners’ counsel said only one authority could charge this fee in the rest of the country, and as such the three fees they were paying was discriminatory. He sought directions that the three authorities be restrained from charging separate fees. Replying to the petition, counsel for the DHA submitted that it was the prerogative of the DHA to charge the fee. staff report
I would request to the assosiation of DHA estate agent should think the chrges of opening file charges, membership fee and transfer fee collected by (DHA AUTHORITY) are not justified.
I am thingking to submit pitition in Islamabad high court to bound the housing authorities to complet devolopment in specified time. I am inviting to my ovesease friend to join me in this regard.

dear i fully agree with you and for years i have been saying that DHA is causing irrepareable damge to its reputation and being Defence related, indirectly to Pak army also due to its unfair actions.We all must resist and join hands against any wrong doing in pakistan. Great move God Bless u. |
