Dear CMY & other DHA experts,
Please inform that the last date submit the last installment of development chages of DHA phase 7. If one month delay, what the extra Chages has to pay to DHA ? Is there any grace period for payment.

DHA Lahore phase 7 development charges installment due date is June 30 2009. After due date you pay fine of approximately Rs 82 per installment per day. |

There is no such word "grace period" in the dictionary of DHA. In principle, it should have been that if DHA fails to deliver developed plot after realisation of full development charges from members, DHA must compensate its members. I agree that defaulters must pay penalty for non-payment of development charges on time and this penalty must go to the members who have/had paid installments of development charges regularly. But, unluckily it never happens in Pakistan. I think you have understood what I wanted to say and the relevant people must raise their voice on this important topic on this forum. Once Saudi Airlines tried to impose penalty for no-shows, people did agree to this penalty provided SA also compensate passengers if the plane is delayed for whatever reason. The penalty was scrapped. |
