Dear Size,
The size of Shop is 12X12 and practcally it will be 10x10 And You are asking 81 lac, When it is in new Plaza the rent should be minimum 80,000 per month to cover the devaluation of investment only. As a matter of fact such a shop you can find in 8000 to 10,000 rent and already present busy center. |

Size is 10*15 and if you find me a shop for rent in Liberty Dupata bazar or Choree bazar for 10,000 rs per month on ground floor then please let me know too.Choree bazar is famous for women shopping.
Houses in DHA are more than 2 crore each and their rent is 30K per month which doesn't mean that they should sell their house for 70 lakh. |
