a good news is for lda avenue1 lovers that litigation in K block is finished now.lda has done adjustment with the owners of land and development is goink to start in K block next month.rates in K block already gone up.

So far as I know there is no litigation in block D. It is only the qabza group along with Nasir ganj pind in block D who creates problem when FWO want to develop roads.
There is an orchard which is now part of D block, where somebody influential from Nasir Gunj pind is trying to get more money from LDA.
