Can you please post your ad in London and Washington DC as we Pakistanis are not only poor but also under heavy debts. Also we have not only to survive for life but to fight with increasing inflation.
You can get this much price from above mentioned places easily (like our beloved Hakoomat).

My Bid is 60 lakh [6 Million] if dont feel shy asking 4 Times price why should not we bid it 1/3 of worth. Keep in Mind LDA will let it Covert it to Commercial. Now LDA is very strict about that

I am sure the offer by FM is realistic. If you wanted to sale this property do not miss out this oppertunity. Don't forget FM will also be paying minimum 5lack per Marla for getting this property from residence to commercial.

You would have not asked if you were familiar what houses are known as sami commercial in Faisal town and their standard of construction. For sure one has to demolish it completely if wanted to use as commercial purposes plus have to pay 5 lack per marla to get comercialize.

yes you are right, i don't much about Semi-commercial houses of faisal town. but know that my one relative were selling his house 1k (non commercial, non corner, non boulevard) for 15 million, & i know main boulevard rate is 20% greater then normal. So that made me think how come it is priced just 10million as good offer. & where some of the plots are been commercialized (already). Also most of the property at faisal town is pretty old, and houses are refurbished.
