would you update about litigation status of phase 7, I heard there are patches of land in phas e7 here DHA does not have possession. Naturally these areeas will be rated lesser at this this stage. As they may be reloacated or may get possession bit Later.
As we can see that FWO is developing Land very fast some areas they are leaving syaing that DHA yet Dont have possession of those areas. Would you update of this aspect as it will be very helpful.
Do you think there willbe major Alterations in DHA 7 Map.
Input from other infromative people is also welcome

Yes there are some small and some large patches of land that people are not willing to give to DHA. But with time DHA gets these small pockets of land by offering owners better deals. DHA 5,DHA 5 ext, DHA 6 abd DHA 8 also have same pockets but they are slowly clearing. Its not possible for any developed to have all clear land. With time they get these pockets cleared. Owners should not worry because DHA gives then plots in better alternative areas just in case any land is not cleared before possession announcement of that block or phase.
Blocks P R Q V X have some pockets. Recently DHA have cleared most of W block.
In future map of DHA 7 will be changed to accomated these pockets but no major change is expected. |

I own a plot in DHA Ph 7 and ready to pay its last development installment - end June, 2009. Is ther any plan changes for Y block of DHA Ph 7?
What does '1 Kanal plots (DHA Ph 7 other than Y/Z)' mean in your sale ads?
