Can some one please provide the current rate for a 40x80 plot is G-14/1, 2 and 3 Islamabad.

Also which sub-setcor is beter (G14/1, 2 or G14/3)for long term investment.

Ahmed bhai I would invest in Khayban-e-Kashmir sectors G-15 & F-15 next to G14, when I was there in Pakistan in March this year I was surprised to see over 250 houses + commercial plazaa already built and many many more under construction. This society was the first in Zone 2 to get a NOC from the CDA and all the completion work due to be finished by May 2010 (it almost was when I was there).
This sector is cheaper than G14 at the moment but the prices are rising as more and more plots are constructed.

I thought G14-3, and 1 are cheaper than G15. I know G14/4 is expensive becuase its already developed. My knowledge is based on the informarion from this webstie and some others.

Based on information from a few agents in Islamabad the price for a 40x80 plot in G15 is about 38-40 lacs. Is this the right price?

I do not know price range in G14/3 or 1. Can some please provide update on this.

For future invest G-14/1,2,3 is far better then G-15 coz it's managed CDA plus in Zone II and near to Real Islamabad. In future, you will see a clear 20-30 lacs difference for 40x80 size plot between G-14/1,2,3 and G-15.

But for investing in G-14/1,2,3, you need patience coz it will be developed in 3-5 years. 40x80 plot rates in G-14/1,2,3 is around 32-38 depends on the location. The sector will be developed in phases, and soon the development G-14/3 will start, then G-14/2 and G-14/1. In all three sub-sectors, G-14/1 is better due to its location with Kashmir Highway.
