thank you progress, good to see pakistani news paper here in over seas.... i might go for bahria is it good for long term investment to build home in next 5 - 10 years?

please ask them completion date. they never completed any project on date and remeber they never give final date of completioon; they will answer soon, on target date etc. ask them give in writting p[ossion date, u will never get one.

aslam Sahib! you are right in presenting your views regarding Bahria Town. You will be surprized to know that I (some how) got in very much writing the possession date of my home in Safari Villas but could not get my home ready in given time and date. So this exercise is also a useless. One can either go with their policies or avoid investing.

Also the question arises who gives possession in time. My research is NO ONE.
