i have 18 lak in hand.
i wnat to build house in 2 years time.
i heard that phase 2 rxt will develop in more than 5 years but DHAI phase 2 proper will develop sooner.
please guide me

Dear Rahim,
The price range for 1 Kanal plot in DHAI-2 is 45-65 Lacs. I dont understand the term DHAI-2 PROPER , probably you are just referring to DHAI-2 original between Islamabad Expressway and GT Road.
