A Clear Bad Intention of DHA Officials in DHA Home Ballot!,

I paid my installment exactly what I was told by DHA advertisement, came in newspapers.
DHA said that if allotees pay their due installment before 3rd July, they will be included in ballot which was held on 9th July.
I paid mine on 2nd and when checked the results on website, got a heart attack as I was dropped in balloting?
I do not know what will happen next!
Will they cancel my villa and refuse payment what I already paid to them (booking money and two installments) or give me a villa on worst location as they cheated me already by dropping me from the ballot without any reason!

Does someone have similar treatment from DHA Islamabad?

That is serious problem, I paid my 5th instalments for DHA Plot in phase 7, 10 days before the due date and still DHA issued the Notice that you have not paid. But It was written in small letters underneath that in case you have already piad ignore this letter.
This does not create serios problem as I already have plot and Location. But In your case it can be serious. You may contact DHA office as soon as possible I hope they will give you average location as it is their Fault.
But Just for my info how many instalments were due till 3rd July which year July you are talking of?? and what you had been doing in this period. FYI today is June 12th

I meant June-2009 not July-2009!
I am so depressed that I still fail to understand, why DHA has started practicing these bad things, I must have had some idea when I saw Riaz Malik opening the ballot!
I paid my 1st installment in time and about 2nd installment, I asked them, if there was some relax on delaying and they gave me this reply:

“Sir, do not worry about delaying your single installment, as your villa would get cancelled only if you fail to pay two CONSECUTIVE installments”
I was supposed to pay on 1st May-2009 but upon having their promising reply, I decided to pay a little late as, I thought it is DHA after all.
I failed to realize that it is now Malik Riaz, the BT guy!
Now when I enter my NIC# and my registration no, a message is popped up on my face:
“Contact DHA Islamabad”
I am trying to make my heart to contact them as if they refuse to pay my money back, I do not have time to go Pakistan and sue them.

Sir, its very easy to understand that why DHA is doing such unethical practices, because this particular project is being run and Managed by MALIK RIAZ of BAHRIA TOWN with the Collaboration of ASIF ALI ZARDARI. For evedence please come and see your self Malik Riaz and Zardari's big photo at Bahria Town phase 6 club. This photo was taken in the President of Pakistan (Zardari) office soon after when Zardari took oath as President of Pakistan.

If you notice same bad and unethical practice is being committed by MALIK RIAZ in all Bahria Town Projects in Pakistan. Its a matter of concern for all Pakistanis.

Yesterday, they replied my message and asked me to send them the scanned copy of my payment and informed me that my villa was included in the ballot?

If it was included then why are they hiding the results? If there is a payment problem, they can always hold the letter or cancel the villa but why hiding the ballot results from me?
What if I lost my payment record? They do not have record with them?
Now another question: If they now need the scanned copy of my payment, it means they did not have my money reached to them from Askari Bank before 3rd June and were supposed to drop my name (as per the AD) from ballot! But they are saying it was included in the ballot! How come?

Why they have to tell a lie?

If they are nice enough to include my payment, even if installment was not paid before the announced date, then why they have to hide the results from me?
Why cannot they check from Askari Bank for my payment and if Bank messed up, they can always inform me about the truth?
It seems a big fraud in DHA Homes ballot seems to come out soon!

Altaf I think you are becoming emotional, They must have made some arrangement forehand before ballot. Naturally if you paid only one day before due dat. That is quite likely your name is not showing on List. They may have Blocked your result due to non payment or They have some reserve from which they will give you Villa.
Why not to fax them and they will fix your problem. Finally when you get please share with us if you got fair location.
In NFC2 I had been regularly paying the instalments and recently they changed the Map but did not Touch the location although number was changed. But people who were not paying some of them may have got bad locations.

Habib Sahib,

If I paid one day before the due date, they ought to have some kind of a system to get to know.
We are not living in stone age. If they failed on their end to take my money from the bank (or their bank failed to intimate them), why should I be punished?

Now two weeks after I paid, still they are looking for a scanned copy?
Why do not they just tell me the truth that they had messed up my case and make things straight, from now onward?

I know I will be the loser at the end of it but still it must be voiced up as may be they have done the same bad things to others also. That’s why I am asking others affected ones to come forward and post
