you know when i cam to this country 6 years ago i used to here the name of DHA as the symbol of power and the prices back then used to be heard in the carors. Now its really funny to me that a possession plot in pahse 6 is avaliable at 40 lac all dues clear. Seriously that dose not register in my head even today. The 1 kanal houses in Y block which is being sold for 1.75 caror should be selling for a min of 4 caror because property prices in the rest of lahore have doubled wheater they be Faisal town Iqbal town or Thokar socieites. So that means I can sell my 10 marla house in iqbal town for 65 lac, buy a possession plot in phase 6 for 40 and construct with the rest of the 25. DHA is not what it uses to be. Dosent what I have said sound very very funny if you think about it. Please cexuse the spellin mistakes I am illiterate :)

You are right DHA prices had artificial rise Between 2004 to 2005. After down fall investors are out so only those areas which had residential potential are holding good price. All investment grade aras are down to earth.
If buy a plot in DHA 6 and Make House in 25 to 30 Lac You will make a smart Move which can pay you in 10 years. But real life will start in DHA 6 in couple of years when 200 to 300 Houses are made.
My own Formula if residentail plot in p[opulated area is 100 Lac, semi populated developed areas should be 60 and Land Cleared underdeveloped area should be 40. If you take that equation then DHA 6 is underpriced. Park view will be populated much faster if you can afford there it will be best |

DHA is the best society of Lahore. The rest is mostly junk or too far away. It's good that now the middle class can also afford the DHA standard of living. |

2.Plots not on Ground but imaginary lying as per map on villages, Possibly will never get possession on specified areas and will be relocated.
3. Files which will be balloted when DHA will find some suitable piece of land. On that Patch development will start and people will will pay development charges. Still no body knos when this patch of land will be Balloted where it will be Located and what will be development charges.
