Yes i think we need it, people are sick of unprfessional uneducated property dealers who just take thier cut in so called Token and disappear.

Indeed that's a good idea. Unprofessionalism together with fraudulence practice is one of the idiosyncrasies of most of the property dealers in Pakistan.
There is dire need to educate them at least for observing honesty in their deals.

Though its a good thing, but I am afraid the educated lots from such institutes stand no chance of competing against The Big Crocs (The good old Butts, Maliks & Choudhrys - I am sorry Mr. CMY - no offence intended!)
