how can Pakistani government take income tax from Overseas (i know pakistani government is master of s*****G blood out of pakistanis, in the form of tax), but there is no way they can impose income tax on Oversea pakistanis.

Dear friends,
as per discussion with a tax professional there is no such thing as exemption for just being an overseas pakistani.
Any type of activiity that generates profit is subject to taxation.
For example an overseas pakistani opens a simple saving account in any commercial bank and gets interest on his deposit gets witholding tax deducted.
Now with NTN no mandatory for purchasing properties and opening bank accounts one has to file tax return which i think is fair enough.
If you are an overseas pakistani it should not be a problem to prove your overseas source of income to generate those funds for opening bank accounts purchasing property or 1000 cc + cars.
lets get straight it will help in the long run.
Thanks.

@

Yet you haven't provided the details how can government going to impose income tax on overseas?

btw overseas are already paying income tax at the resided country. But has nothing to do with Government of Pakistan. Also W.H Tax is not Income Tax.

@ Waqar Latif, Don't worry RAW is already on the ass of overseas Pakistanis. I expect them to send a new conspiracy to against overseas Pakistanis to Zardari and as usual he will do more than demanded.
