Realestate Management Degree !,

My brother has recently done BSc (Honors) in Realestate Management from National University of Singapore.Just want to know the job prospects for such a degree in Pakistan or abroad.I would appreciate if someone well conversant with the subject could give a useful guideline for him.Thanks

ask him to purchase couple of 5 marla plots, construct the house and sell them, this is a property related website, for god sake! try google or some recruitment agencies

Yes, I agree with Hamid Bhai that Asim Bhai can comment in a better and different way than what he said. I think Asim Bhai is one of those who don't try to understand problems of others but they know only criticism. Moreover, Asim Bhai, please note that for ALLAH ALIMIGHTY when you write God, the first digit must always be capital, never write small letter - this is very very important to know everybody that whenever you refer any word to ALLAH ALMIGHTY you must always write the first digit as capital.

Anway, Hamid Bhai, dil chohta nahi karo, ask your brother to apply somewhere abroad, as for his education there is no good job, as for realestate business in Pakistan we don't need such education but one must be very smart and ........ understand. Good luck.

It is not much in demand but big developers do induct such professionals. There are also slots for such individuals in Banking sector also, specially banks with realestate portfolios.I personally feel that in Pakistan, Bahria is a very big developer and Malik Riaz is a man with progressive approach.He can surely find a good job in Bahria with good salary as their salary structure is quite high.Abroad, Dubai would have been the best place for him a year ago, but still if he manages to get a job in EMMAR, Al Futtaim kind of developers, i think he will be right on the track as far as his career is concerned.
