Dear CMY can you please put some light on the DHA Lahore Phase 5 M Block Allocation File buyers at 31 and sellers 31.50 lacs.
looks like it is going good. any idea when it will be converted to plots and what other charges will be there in coming days.
is it better to go for 5 extension or Phase 5 M Block?

I can recomend M block of DHA 5 because I dont know where it will fall and when the ballot will be held and when I will get a plot. DHA 5 ext and M block location is LIKE top secret that nobody want tell you.
If you are 100% sure about its location that we could talk about it in more detail.
I think if you have to buy from only these two than buy DHA 5 ext because its much cheaper than M block. Other wise try to get a DHA 8 PROPER allocation file. Please avoid Park view 1 kanal file too becaus its location is not 100% crstal clear too.
