Question # 1: Does LRE get commission?
Answer: Of course we do. But we earn it. We earn it by only recommending good projects. We can get even bigger commission from fake developers of fake projects but we flatly refuse. Please stop thinking that LRE is a charity. LRE is a business and we do very hard work for our clients.
The developers of Divine Gardens presented their project to us. We did our honest, neutral and critical research and found the developers and their projects to be sound, something we could recommend to our clients with confidence. We never recommend anything in which we are not comfortable putting our own money.
If you buy through us, you will get best locations at best prices, and best guidance from a credible and reliable source that you can trust, along with several special concessions; and in return we earn commission. We work very hard to earn our commission and are very very choosy to only deal in Win-Win-Win situations where all parties get benefit (the end user, the most by getting a safe and sound product.)

Question # 2: Is this project targeted at upper class?
Answer: Yes, this project is targeted at upper middle class and upper class.
RE: Criticism of "Upper Class Project": If you cannot afford it please avoid the "Angoor Khatay Hain" thing.
If you have lower budget we can get a home for you in your budget. It won't be this good though.

Question # 3: No doubt the location is ideal with great access @ DHA 8 Commercial Broadway and Airport Road junction, but is there noise pollution issue or considerable discomfort due to the project being on Airport road close to Airport?
Answer: (Had noise been an issue, we would have rejected Divine Gardens on day one.) Well, honestly this was one of the major concerns we had when we were doing our critical research of this project. We (at least 7 different people at four different times so far) have spent considerable time at different locations of the project, and have not found any considerable discomforting noise during landing and takeoff time.
The planes do not pass over this project and the sound heard quite away from the side of even biggest planes is way less discomforting than an auto riksha passing by your home (Or the sound of a generator during load shedding for that matter). It’s practically un-noticeable sound for a few seconds, few times a day and rest of the time it’s extremely peaceful and serene environment quite away from all kind of traffic noise and all kind of other pollution.
So we are quite satisfied that noise is not an issue. As mentioned above, had the noise been an issue we would have rejected the project on day one. We recommend everyone who can to go at site and spend some time (about half an hour) and experience for themselves what we have mentioned. Seeing is believing, or should we say “Hearing is believing”. As you can see from development progress pictures, this is not a paper scheme and there is nothing to hide. Just visit the site and most of your concerns will be answered to your satisfaction.
Important Note: Please also note that just to be more safe as a first priority we are offering our clients a choice from ideally located houses # 23 onwards in B block which are at best possible, quietest and most desirable location within the whole project very close to the METRO side, between two parks, and next to all amenities. Please take a look at the map to know why:
