OGDC Town Chattar Development Status,

Adeel bhai, thank you for the pics. It appears that dvelopment is at initial stages. I was not able to see a single paved road. It appears just main gate has been built and leveling of some roads.
What are the rates in this society and what is the expected development completion date?
And how far is it from zero point?

It is for info every one that this is not official OGDC employees society bcos actual official OGDC emloyees society is located on Fateh Jang road near Nogazi and Gulshan e Sehat society.My this info can be varified from OGDC Head Office.

Mr Adeel, this society you are refering to is pure private society having no NOC from concerned auth and its credibility is doubtfull.

I agree 100% with OGDC Employee that OGDC employee society is located on Fateh Jang road near Nangazi(Nine meter long grave) and I was working in OGDC at the time of launching this society.
