I am not sure about Nawab Town C Block as map is not available but I hav eseen the society as whole 10 merla is about 15 to 18, If It looks brand new then you may add 15 to 18 Lac to it. If old deduct 25% if 3 ys old, 50% if 10-12 years old. So total price should be arround 28 to 36 Lac depending upon location and quality of construction. |

Nawab Town is a poorely developed society. Not sure about the price. I was able to find the house 110 in C block (labeled as Naseem's house) in nawab town in the following link.

It is about 2KM from Thoker Niaz Baign. I believe Nawab Town was launched more than 25 years ago. Habib sahib's estimated price seems to be correct. |

It is about 4 year old house location of the house exactly mentioned by Mr.khan. Right now I dont have the picture of the house.
