Please provide me some information regarding development work and future prospects of NFC Phase 2. Is it good investment for low budget people. Thanx.

NFC 2 is best investment in low budget. But you have to invest for few years, not for few months. The location is great with dual approach from Multan Road and Canal Road. The development work is going at good pace. You can get a one kanal plot near canal for only 12 to 13 lacs all dues clear.

NFC 2 is will Mature in Not less than 10 Years, By Matrity i mean when people will be living there, But Bahria will be Populated sooner and thsi will help it to mature eralier. But I guess now good Location Kanal Plot all calear are not less than 15,16 lac, Still it is not bad.
