It is really concerning, Including Johar Town all of LDA developed societies are Facing Litigation issue. Final map of Johar Town is Much Different Than Intial Map, Similarly You will Find Big scale Changes in LDA 1, Recently my Friend Bought a Plot In LDA 1 and this was not in Litigation as per LDA record but But On Ground it was on Qabza FWO did not Build roads and sewage etc on this area.
I Think these disputed areas will get settllement in LDA avenue 2. In Other words You may have to wait another 10 years |
