What can be a good investment prospect in lahore.
Commercial plots are priority.
My budget is 30 lacs Max.

30 Lakh you cant have some thing active plot in known areas.
may be you can have a commercial plot in NFC2 or Bahria town.
but this will be useable after 10 years only. |

depends on what are you planning to do with 5 Marla commercial plot.
if you give some details other friends also can share their views. as of my knowledge not really sure in this budget there would be some option.
You can get a middle class shop with this amount which can be used in 2 years.
