I am going to Pakistan soon, I have one plot "not in any housing scheme" I want to sell that out, problem is I bought that plot three years back on my wife's name, she is not traveling with me. How I can get an authority letter here in London so I can sell it in Pakistan.

Dear Sir,
If you are Pakistani national, you have to go to the local Pakistani embassy type a letter generally they have standard templates in embassy people dealing in case preparations or you can type and print at home and take it with you there should be two witness with their ID card copies signing this power of attorney and at the end embassy will put the stamp and charge you some nominal process fee.
And then in Pakistan you have to register it from the notary public I guess for Lahore it is courts area somewhere. Then you are ready to go.
