I am thinking to buy a 10 marla plot in NFC phase 1 or around it like UET or Valencia.
Is it a good idea or should I buy in DHA phase 7 or 6 .
I want to build this house in 2 years time.
Please comment.
Generally these days what is the cost of 10 marla double story house.
In terms of investment how good is the NFC 1.
For how much a 10 marla plot can I buy.
If someone has a plot please post your demand.

Initially NFC was rated better than Valancia but Now Valancia is better, and reates and facilities are up. For 190 merla also explore Tariq Gardens.
All above are already populated societies but If you can wait few years to Make House then DHA 6 may be good, But all above are good properly developed and fraud free socities |
