Dear Fellows,
Can some one give piece of advise abt PACE Woodlands ( Project of ready houses.) its location in Badia Rd, abt 2 KM from Bhata chock. Is it good idea to buy there, also is it well priced ? its abt 55 lacs for 9 Marla house with out fittings.

Thanks for your input actually I am interested in pace woodland too. The thing about pace woodlands is, its installments and quick possession and it suits my budget as well, divine villas seems to be very late possession and bit expensive as well.
Would you please give more details about DHA villas. Looking Forward to see your valuable input in this regards.

DHA Villas are in Park View Block C just opposite the air port. These are 10 Merla Villas made By DHA most are 4 Bed. And almost Complete. Exactly 2 years back they were sold in 81 to 83 Lac, still price is same . Only few at better Location are available at some 2,3 Lac premium. Possession may be available in few Months, as you know most are investors so resident my move in one to 2 years.
That is best for You but bit expensive than your Budget. You may also explore Askari 10 Price is from 75 to 82 But I think they can only be transferred to army men |
