What is wrong with LDA Avenue-1. Who is resposible for delay. Will the Chif Minister, Punjab take notice ?

In LDA Av 1 D block some Nasir gunj area is still under custody of some influential persons whereas there is no litigation (only QABZA group).They hinder the development process of FWO.
LDA seem sleeping on it..........different DG LDA came and gone. |
