Dear Sabbir Bahi,
If we go for parkview DHA 8 file for 25 lac for I kanal i.e. 1.25 lac for one merla. Which is not a village but the best future location of DHA 8.
I think if you place a thoughtful demand the people can give you an offer as everyone knows how societies are cutting and blocking villages from their plans. |

Shabbir Sb, If DHA buys at more than 3 lakh per marla, then why are you being so generous and selling it more than half the price. If I am not mistaking you have been selling this plot for more than 6 monts. In all that time you could have sold this plot to DHA at a lot higher price. Why are you soo kken to sell it at more than half the price on this forum? |
