Salam to every one,
I am interested to buy house in Pace woodland Lahore.
It is 75 Lacs Finished home and 55 Lacs Gray Structure 9 marla, 2700+ sqf covered area.
I have not visited the location myself but I asked two people to view on my behalf.
One person commented it is far and the way/road to location is not good. Second one like the location/ price and he made his mind to buy himself as well.
But I am still in doubt because some people say it is very far, some say it is very expensive.
So I ask you people expert advise, I have round 50 lacs to invest and rest I can pay in instalments. Is there any other scheme where I can go instead of Pace woodland. I need to move into soon and always wanted a gated community.

You can buy Divine Gardens at an ideal location for 83 Lacs (a bit negotiable). It is situated at Airport Rd and DHA Commercial Broadway junction. Why pay 75 Lacs for a far away location in DHA phase 9/10 area. Just for comparison you can buy DHA 9/10 one kanal file for only 14.45 Lacs (or one acre land for just 20 to 22 Lacs). On the other hand a 10 marla plot at the location of Divine Gardens is worth minimum 40 to 45 Lacs. Divine Gardens has great access and road network with all great facilities and estabished posh populations nearby.
The regular delivery plan for Divine Gardens is for 3 years. If you need to live in the home earlier, Divine can handover the home on prioritized basis in one year.

A man opened up a grocery shop in market area and his shop got considered the best in all manners. His competitors got jealous of him and start sending some fake customers to find out if he has Owl for sale.
The shopkeeper noticed number of customers in market interested in buying owl decides to keep some.
When the regular customer of this shop saw owl in a grocery shop find it unhygienic and stop buying. Now when ever a customer come to get any grocery item this shop keepers tells I have owl as well with out knowing who wanted it.
I am a Lahore Real Estate lover and the above joke came to my mind when I noticed their involvement in Divine Gardens I am little nervous and worried why Lahore Real Estate is promoting Divine Gardens ?
I will appreciate if Lahore Real Estate can describe their role in Divine Garden and do they take the responsibility / guarantee in time completion, quality and standard divine Garden are claiming.

I have lot of respect for LRE. but its nothing new, perhaps its their habit or they do it by mistake. At times, they have been promoting State life-II, NFC-II, Paragon in more or less similar fashion.
I remember once CMY saying dollar to touch Rs.100/-, it was near 88 then. |

Ahmed Society is good but location is not. you have to cross a village about 2 km to reach there and the road is 20 ft only not a good idea to invest. |

Aslam O Alikum, I have been vister of site and frankly do not see anything wrong by LRE and ofcourse they are real estate agent and they will recommond and also prmote certain project, its just like saying why is Farmer doing farming?
Like they say we must do our own research adn invest, we should be thank ful for them providing the plat form to communication, it's a win win situation. |

I would agree to everything you mentioned. Besides the fact that you are running this website for business purpose and hence have all the right to seek your own business interests, at the same time this website is also helping small investors by sharing geniune information on rates, etc. So it is nonetheless, a great service. However I felt that you just over-reacted to the comments made by some of the readers - if it is a discussion forum, then you probably need to control your nerves a bit more as ppl have tendency to point fingers (even for the wrong reason) but you can just wait for the other readers, may be your readers will defend you on your behalf.
At the end, I would appreciate LRE for maintaining this service and wish you further growth in your business.

yOU CANT HAVE THE IDEA WHAT IS THE EXACT RATE AS FAR AS PACE PROPERTY IS CONCERNED. THERE IS CUT SYSTEM SALES TEAM IS CURRUPT THEY QUOTE VERY HIGH RATE FOR THEIR PWN INTEREST. THEY SELL IT FOR RS.55 LAC, 60 LACS, 63 LACS, 75 LACES, 82 LAKS. KOI COMPANY RATE NAHI HAI AGAR 60 LAC PER MIL JAYE TOU RIGHT HAI. |
