Can somebody update the rate of Khayaban e Amin 1 K File and also the future prospects of the Society.
I want to buy but I dont know the current price.

I am not accurate but i think current price is about 10 Lac, Development Charges are not claer Yet. 10 merla is available in 6 Lac Only Main Bulvard is nicely developed and it ready for last 3 years. After this they have stopped development.
This society till date does not have map and also is not approved by LDA. The Low cost houses made by them are almost ready but no one living there
So it is a bit risky game |

If you want to inest only then NFC2 and Central Park, Or Khaibane Ameen but if you want to make home Then you have to compromise quality, in 2nd case option aew nasheman 2
