Dear Friends:

My family and i have invested in DHA Valley. The problem we are facing is that they are not communicating with us. And, a couple of letters that we have received are erroneous. There are all sorts of errors in them. Would you share your experiences with me. How can we get these errors corrected. Many Thanks.

you are write, the person who send error do the wrong attachment, typing mistakes etc,
but no worries, go to www.dhai.com.pk and call them, their customer service si good, pakistan time till 4:30, friday i think is 12 and saturday is off,
i also noticed that once i send them telex tranfer it akes month or more for them to apply the money, i have two plots and after sending installment i always have to call them after a month to ensure it is correct, have not tried but we can ask them to send us statment via email just so we kep the records

I am receiving the statement before the next installment after every three months. Now their system working better. But i have noticed the courier service is delaying and sometime not delivering. this i came to know from many of my friends in Abu Dhabi.
last time courier delivered mine but not deliverd for my wife. even they called for the delivery.
