Please give the reference of the news.

Also please justify that if the price trend is increasing then why the AWT Housing Schemes of Pakistan Army is not picking up in Islamabad and Lahore inspite of the fact both schemes are trouble and fraud free and are fully developed and are offereing possessions.

Almost all facilities are available and the prices are also reasonable, then why are the investors are not moving to such schemes

Rather they are going to Bahria Town and other such schemes which are not so clean and are rather trap to the investors

At-least AWT Islamabad doesn't have all the facilities available like there is no gas.

Its a paid write up provided by advertiser to publish with thier adds on supliments ...its not much misguided but the fact is that pakistani real estate markeet already had crashed in 2005 so there is very little room for more decline...anyway for realestate sector its still not very good enviornment at least for investor class.
