one property dealer call me from pakistan that you buy a plot in central park because central park is going to merge in DHA.is this a correct news please reply soon.

10 trillion from oil but have you seen any rs spent on nation,any development ????

First Paragon and Now Central Park, it all looks that they want to make people fool. If there would be some real news then all Plots for sale vanish as happened in Park view and air avenue etc

Central Park is too far in all respects to be a part of DHA. That may never happen.

CMY...I think Parkview holders saw significant gain when it merged into DHA.

Can you tell us the ratio it was merged on? and respective prices of parkview and dha8 back then?

In case of park view it was 100% plots only DHA imposed some additional development charges. I am not sure how Much.
People of Park view who already had possession had Plots at same Location and of same size, ie No Change as it was already developed.
People who were having So Called Plots but they were falling on Villages are as it ie No change no possession no relocation only Promise
The People who had files and no Ballot for them also no change ie still they are holding Files.
Prices of On ground plots and Files intilally jumped about 50 to 60% soon after merger but now they are about 25% Up from premerger base line state but 10 Merla Files are holding still good price reason not known
Air avenue also same case it was already having good price now price is about 25% above that level

On the other hand in Ravian take over people got 1/4 of Land by DHA [I am not sure] may be CMY knows it happpened 3.5 years Back

Ravians and Local Govt was merged on 4 kanal to 1 kanal ratio.
