Can you kindly give a short summary/status of DHA 6 like
-Which blocks are ready for possession and which will be ready in the near future.
-Which are the best blocks to live.
-How many houses are under construction approx. currently.
-In your opinion how long will it take for DHA 6 to reach to the stage where Phase 5 is right now.
-In a budget of less than 50 lac for a 1 kanal plot what is the best place to buy a plot for immediate house construction.

-DHA Lahore phase 6 blocks A B C D F G H J K L have possession now. Blocks M N E could have possession any day now.
-DHA Lahore phase 6 best blocks to live are B H and J blocks plots 1 to 344. Some people like K block plots close to Defence Raya Golf course
-Currently DHA Lahore phase 6 have 39 houses under constriction.6 families are now living in DHA Lahore phase 6. 3 to 6 more families are going to move in DHA Lahore phase 6 in next 30 days because their houses are almost complete to move in.
- Construction activity have picked up a lot in DHA Lahore phase 6 recently after Broadway opening and especially since the lights have been installed on Broadway commercial. DHA Lahore phase 6 streets parks land scaping and tree plantation have been started by DHA Lahore. So now its starting to look good with every day passing by. I think at max three years time DHA 6 will look like DHA 5 and most likely will look far better than DHA 5. DHA 6 will see explosive construction activity with possession of Defence Raya 300 houses in next 3 to 4 months. Defence Raya is defence within defence so look forward for good construction activity in all blocks of DHA 6.
-In 50 lacs budget blocks C and G good plots are highly recomended. Almost no chance of price drop and good gains with each house construction starting there.

How About Phase 7. Its just across a raod. What are the prospects for investing in Phase-7. Which sector is best and how much money will be needed to buy a plot here. What are the chances of increase in price in near future. |

In my opinion DHA Lahore phase 7 best blocks to hold the plot or to buy for maximum gains and minimum downside risk are P R T U S.
I prefer P and R blocks. But please make sure where you buy a plot in P block DHA have possession of that land. Not all plots in P are under development yet due to some land acquiring issues.

What is the price range in DHA phase 6 blocks B, H, J and K. What is Defence Raya houses you mentioned in DHA phase 6. What is the price range of these houses.
What is the advantage of having plot near Defence Raya golf club.
How to make sure that the plots are in possesion of DHA.
