what will be the total payable like cost of the plot transfer charges and is it final price of the plot or can be discussed further.

Owner is neady and now wiling to sell plot at 35 lacs. Transfer costs payable to DHA Lahore and Govt are 1.5 lacs. We charge only 1% commission.

is this plot stil available, Is it better to go for this plot or file in phase 8. Is there a map showing this plot?
