Dear CMY,
I am looking to invest (arnd 35 lac) in DHA Lahore. What is better, a Phase 8 fie or a plot in Phase 7 last phases. Which would return more in around 3-4 years time.

If its only a investment and you want to hold this investment for 5 years than go for DHA 8 proper file that is issued against land or military quota.
If you have slight chance to make a house with investment gains than go for DHA Lahore phase 7 plot in blocks R S T U.
Three years after you will get possession of plots in DHA Lahore phase 8 proper area their price will be more than DHA Lahore phase and 9-10

Go for DHA-5 (M-Block) you can get good return within a year. |
