You cant compare DHA Lahore phase 6 with DHA valley Islamabad. DHA Lahore phase 6 is one of the top rated investment and DHA Valley Islamabad is the worst investment any one can make today.
If you want to buy in DHA Islamabad please buy DHA phase 2 extension. 1000s military guys have files alloted there and some one will have hard time to cheat you there but valley is not held by any military man. DHA phase 2 ext one kanal could be had for about 11 lacs and DHA valley 8 marla would cost you 8.8 lacs in installments.

DHA 5 is Comparable with DHA Islamabad Phase 2 Proper
DHA 7 is comparable to DHA Islamabad Ex Commeners [DHA 6 comes in Between better than 7 and less than 5]
DHA 2 ext is comparable to DHA 9,10 of Lahore. |
