What do you suggest, one should buy DHAI Phsase II extention or DHA 9-10 for an inverstment purposes?
In 3 years time DHA extention phase II would be a little developed as the development has already started but where do you see 9-10 in 3 years time?

Both are safe and sound investments. If you live in Lahore go for DHA Lahore phase 9-10. If you live in Islamabad go for DHAI phase 2 ext.
