There is a constant fall in the price of DHA 8-Parkview. Can you please shed some light on the reason for this. So far as remember, you had been a real supporter of DAH 8 Parkview as an investment. Your valuable advice is requested, especially for people like me who have invested all thier savings in a single file of DHA 8 Parkview. The loss is mounting, when, if at all, do you see a change in this. Other members are also invited for thier valuable advice.

Location of these files is not clear to anyone. Only DHA Lahore could tell you where it will be located.Many in market now say it will be across Berki road.
Other thing killing this file is its very heavy cost of transfer. You need almost three lacs to get it transfered in your name.

It seems still DHA has to pay a fees to parkview that is why charges include parkview share also. |

Govt have decided that Park view Lahore DC value is more than DHA 8 proper so you pay higher cost for CVT tax and Stamp duty.
CVT tax and Stamp duties are based on DC values. Parkview DC value is more than DHA Lahore Phase 8
