Dear CMY!

There is a very unhealthy trend in this forum which i have observed for many years due to which sellers stopped mentioning their demands. There are some individuals who make fun of the price being asked even though they have no intention to buy the property. Demand is right of the seller and giving an offer is the right of the buyer. If you dont agree with the demand then fine dont give any offer but why to indulge in writing sarcastic remarks or derrogatory comments which belittle the seller. Nobody is fool here and whoever buys any property confirms its market rate from various sources. I hope that admin will take action in this regard and discourage allowing those comments which degrade, ridicule or make fun of the seller.

Brother we have tried our best to keep this forum neat and clean from these type of troubles. I request posted and readers to please avoid bad comments about buyers and sellers. Positive discussions are highly appreciated.

The very much purpose of this forum is determine the worth of property. If cerain people comment on high demand mentioning Logic then there is no harm. You can also mention reason why you think your demand is high. This type of argument and Counterargument is healthy business.
I give you an example my Brother Got the Contact of one Plot holder who advertised that polt in 35 lac [Final], And after 15 days he got same Plot in 27 Only.
I think on electronic media you dont pay anything for advertisement so Most of sellers mention unrealistic price unless they are desperate. One the other hand On Jang classifieds people are spending 400 to 500 on one ad and their demands are more realistic. Or they never mention the price and try to assess caller and then put the demand case to case.
