Please can you advise what are charges to buy or sell a 1K DHA 9/10 file?

For selling you pay only 1% commession.
For buying you need to pay transfer costs to DHA and Govt. Total of these charges now is 150500. You will pay 1% commession to dealer in aditiona to cost paid to DHA and Govt.
Transfer fee 51000
Memebership fee 23000
Documentation forms etc 1000
CVT 50000
Stamp Duty 25000 + 500 for wenders.
