I guess demand is 135 mentioned on some other web based site. [If I am not wrong]. On Contrat I am looking fr Kanal house in 110 to 115, see the contrast

It is your right to ask for a price, which u feel reasonable. However, i feel tha tif u r really interested in selling, price of 10 M in EE should not be more than 85-100 lac, depending upon the quality of construction, location of plot and proximity to the park, shops etc.

Secondly, ur email is not mentinoed, so pls provide ur email so that additional deltails can be sought from u.
