Dear Friends,
Some very good discussions have been ongoing here regarding construction of houses per sq. ft cost and the best suppliers of different material.
I want to ask about another aspect. Can someone give an estimate of approximately how much bricks, cement bags, sand, Steel tiles etc. are needed in say a standard 5 bed 1 Kanal house. This would help a lot in calculating the total cost of construction.

I am planing to build a low cost building in one kanal..we are small family so I wish to cover only five marala double story and let the 15 marla as lawn...is any good suggetion? |

Salman, try to cover at least 8 merla or above as you have a small family but still a family .........(can be biggerin size in future) |

Thanks for your input..But only for discussion I would say thatI easily build one room for each kid,Master bed a DD and Common room within five marla.
one door of kitchen and common room open in greenish lawn.
small room less utility bills..
I can do it in low budget than why i spend more ... |
