- Why this CJ is not picking up the pending NRO case
>> I think CJ is restored on this reason that he will not touch NRO, also according to law CJ can't do anything, since in that ordinance mentioned that it can't be challenge in the court.
- Why we dont see any suo moto by CJ on drone violation (killing our innocent people)

- Why CJ did not resist when Halbrook went in his chamber to see him (utter negation of all the diplomatic parities)

1. something good has been done by CJ, like cases are been heard quickly in civil courts. (but i think there should be some procedural change, because procedure is pretty lengthy to get justice).
2. He try to stable the POL prices, but Presidency order is superior to CJ (according to constitution)
Som bad things also done by him like emphasizing more on NS, rather then local people. He is not trying to remove corrupt judges which he himself indicated number of time when he was out of Job. |
