i just want to ask that i have two options.
either to buy DHAI 2 extention file
or
DHA valley overseas 8 merla.
what you people suggest and advise me aboout the future of these two in comparison.
please in how much time will these two develop???
where will the feacilities like main raod access to islamaabad will be easier,hospital,school access???

Asim sahib DHA Islamabad phase 2 extension is very good choice here. Try to buy it asap before they re ballot it very soon. DHA phase 2 ext have far superior excess and facilities than the DHA valley.
People who pay with cash are treated much better than people paying same money on installments.
