Can any body give us the current status of PHA-APARMENTS located at G-11.ISLAMABAD.
we want to know the current price of C-TYPE & D-TYPE apartments and cuuernt status of buliding and when PHA hand over apartments to alotee,s.

Installments of apartments will complete in 2011, u may be able to get possession in late 2011 or 2012. Speed of construction work is normal few blocks structure is complete and some are at very early stage at plinth level.Profit of C type is 17 to 18 lekh and D type 12 to 13 lekh.
Price of C Type apartment build by FGEHF and near completion is around 40 lekh and for D Type 30 lekh. |
